Dave co-founded the Conservancy in 1998 and has played some role in completing almost every conservation easement MLC holds.  Dave’s previous experience appraising conservation easements (professionally designated as MAI from the Appraisal Institute) and brokering real-estate serves him well in negotiating and executing the Conservancy’s conservation easements.
