Harvest Beer Festival
The 13th Anniversary Beer Festival will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011
Our annual fundraiser features beers from local breweries, local bands, and a great silent auction. MLC was formed in 1998, and the festival is a great time for the community every year. Visit the Beer Festival page
Ute Mountain-Mesa Verde Birding Festival

This year MLC will host a guided birding tour on Saturday, May 14th. The “Galleries of Mancos” bird tour is just one of the many guided tours offered during the 2011 Ute Mountain – Mesa Verde Birding Festival. The Birding Festival lasts five days and brings enthusiastic birders from around the country to enjoy the incredible variety of birds and other animals present in the Four Corner’s region of Colorado. 4th Annual Landowner Dinner
February 24, 2011 6:00-7:30pm
This year’s 4th Annual Landowner Dinner was on February 24th, 2011 at the Lewis-Arriola Community Center, 21176 County Road S. A hearty stew, fresh bread, beverages and dessert was served to celebrate and honor the more than 55 landowners in Montezuma and Dolores counties who’ve placed conservation easements on their land.
